Achilleas Barlas, Consortium coordinator, and Dimitris Kasampalis, Business and innovation advisor, represented the PRAXI Network.
On behalf of EKT, Panagiotis Frantzis, Communication Correspondent of the Greek consortium, attended the event for three consecutive days, from September 11 to 13, 2024, following an invitation from the organizers.
Great Success for the B2B Business Meeting Event by SBE
The B2B business meeting event organized by the Federation of Industries of Greece (SBE) in collaboration with TIF-HELEXPO was highly successful, with participation from more than 170 companies from 10 countries and over 500 bilateral meetings held.
The majority of the meetings had a technological focus, addressing areas such as cybersecurity, the circular economy, renewable energy sources, as well as food exports and sustainable building materials.
Katerina Tzitzinou (Director of International Relations), Nikoleta Mouratidou (Internationalization and Sustainability Advisor), Monika Nagy (Business Advisor), and Kyriaki Konstantinou (Financing Advisor) from the International Relations Department of SBE, were responsible for supporting the companies during the B2B meetings.
It is worth noting that SBE has co-organized the business meetings event within the framework of TIF for the third consecutive year, leading to the signing of seven (7) business agreements between Greek and foreign companies.
Greece-Germany: Collaboration in Enterprise Europe Network
Welcoming and thoughtfully designed, located next to the impressive central stage of Germany's pavilion, the Enterprise Europe Network booth attracted numerous visitors who were informed about the Network's services.
Andrea Dohle, coordinator of Network's "Communication Champions" thematic group, played a key role in designing the space and organizing the presence of the Network's representatives.
She introduced the Network's services at a main stage event, accompanied by Mahdi Bohlouli, founder of Petanux, a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence. P. Frantzis also participated in the event, presenting the Network's results in Greece.
New Networking Opportunities
The collaboration with German colleagues was excellent, creating new opportunities for networking and strengthening relationships between organizations.
By learning from best practices and promoting synergies with German businesses and Network member organizations, we are giving greater momentum and more opportunities to the Greek businesses we support to innovate and expand internationally.
